COMPETITION PROCESS
From 2013 the Competitions (unless otherwise communicated) will be held with Direct Competition
1 REGISTRATIONS AND WEIGHING OPERATIONS
Confirmation of registration for the Race must be made, using the appropriate form, by the Athletes actually present.
The following must be present at the weight and height operations:
- an Organization Officer,
- a judge who records the minutes
It is recommended that athletes from the same gym can be presented together, however the head judge will decide on the most convenient procedure from time to time (for example for categories). The athlete must be weighed and measured in costume.
No weight tolerances are allowed outside the 300 gr allowed in addition to the limits reported in the AINBB tables. The athlete must show up with an identity document, the registration fee for the competition, the CD or USB (with only the recorded routine song), if the athlete decides to compete in two categories he will perform his Routine only once.
After the weight and height the athlete will be included in the list of the appropriate category and will be assigned the race number.
Any objections or disputes must be made immediately and recorded in the minutes by the head of the jury.
In the event that the categories have less than three participants, they may be merged into the higher or lower weight category (in the event of selection they are automatically selected).
2 PRE-RACE CONDUCT
The Jury must be present in full.
In the event of a lack of a judge, the jury foreman may search for a new judge on site or join the judging panel himself.
The head of the jury may decide to make a judgment but it will always count as a single vote (equal to the rest of the jury).
The President of the jury calls the categories on stage in the order he deems most suitable for the event (it is advisable to agree this with the organizer)
For each category each judge will draw up his own ranking indicating 1 point for first, 2 for second and so on.
The head judge collects all the verdicts and with the judge secretary (provided by the organization) will perform the sums by removing the highest and lowest score for each athlete, only in the case of 3 judges are all the verdicts kept.
The counts must show the first 5 classified in each category (5 in the case of international competition).
3 COMPETITION PROCEDURE
The jury must be present in full.
The presentation procedure involves the whole category together or in groups of 2/3/4/5 people performing the mandatory poses.
In the case of a large category, the head of the jury may split the line up into several parts (in order to better evaluate the category).
The quarter turns will be performed to the left, for a complete evaluation the president of the jury may require the most muscular in the muscular categories, also in the aesthetic categories it may be required to join the legs, frontally and from behind.
The first 5 classified are then called and will present themselves to the public and then they will retire behind the stage to return one at a time with the performance in the free routine. (the routines can be removed from the event for reasons related to the organization, in any case it will be communicated before the competition takes place)
The free routine has a maximum duration of 60 seconds. (90 seconds for female categories)
At the end of the category, the finalist athletes all return to the stage, perform the pose down and then the awards ceremony takes place.
