RULES OF CONDUCT
From the recent provisions regarding fair play we take the opportunity to update the rules of good behavior that accompany the social life of AINBB. With the advent of new communication technologies (see social networks) it is necessary to clarify why these tools remain a great opportunity, however like all things they have their dark side given by the lack of filters on the part of the people who use them, they often become loaded guns in the hands of human emotion, this clarification was a must to explain the rules we are going to see now.
FREE EXPRESSION IS A GOOD WHEN IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE DIGNITY OF OTHERS. THE COMMENTS THAT ARE OFTEN SEEN AFTER COMPETITIONS GIVEN THE NATURE OF OUR DISCIPLINE WHICH LENDS ITSELF TO AN EVALUATION BY A JURY ARE THE ORDERS OF THE DAY. PERSONAL COMMENTS THEY BECOME A SANCTIONAL MATTER WHEN THEY DO NOT TAKE THE SENSITIVITY OF OTHERS INTO ACCOUNT, SO IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO OFFEND VERBALLY TO DENIGRATE A PERSON AND THEIR WORK. EXAMPLE...DIRECT PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPARISON COMMENTING ON THE CONDITION OF OTHERS AS INSUFFICIENT AND NOT SUITABLE FOR THE RESULT ACHIEVED, OR EVEN WORSE ALLUSING TO ADVANTAGES, DOPING, INCORRECTNESS IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS, ALLUSIONS ON THE COMPETENCE AND HONESTY OF THE ST AFF AINBB. SUCH STATEMENTS CAN BECOME HARMFUL AND DISTORT THE TRUTH (ruining the reputation and work of others) IF THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY TANGIBLE EVIDENCE. THEREFORE THEY ARE PROSECUTIONABLE AS DEFAMATORY ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE ATHLETE OR AINBB OR THOSE WHO COLLABORATE WITH AINBB.
The Athlete is also punishable, with suspension from six months to one year or exclusion from competitions for life, for any incorrect behavior or excesses occurring during or after the event. Suspension can also occur due to writings, images, (Social Media, Facebook) behaviors that may in some way harm or conflict with the AINBB or management philosophy. The extent and application of this disqualification will be decided by the CD and the disciplinary committee. Any possible dispute must be presented personally or by the associated Gym to the unquestionable judgment of the disciplinary commission. The CD or the AINBB manager will arrange the measures to be adopted from time to time (the athlete, team, gym, enthusiast remains able to appeal this decision, no later than one week from the delivery of the communication which will be via registered mail ), if the appeal is not accepted due to insufficient evidence, the decision by the Board of Directors or the president will be unquestionable. A one-off sanction will be issued for people who contradict the values of AINBB. In serious cases or in cases of continuous recourse to practices that violate Fair Play and the values peacefully accepted by those who are part of AINBB, legal measures will be taken.
